This prestigious list celebrates the top 30 most sustainable event agencies based in the UK market, once again spotlighting those leading the way in delivering sustainable, responsible events.
This follows the results and success of the 2025 and 2026 Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies UK.

The submission process
Agencies will each be assessed based on two key areas:
Part 1 – event delivery outcomes
Provide details for three separate events, or supply within. Additional value is given for each event from a different calendar year and for different clients. Events should contain a substantial in-person or build element, rather than be purely virtual. If you have entered in previous years, please detail new events.
For each, we ask for details of sustainability practices across:

Submission of event details is designed to be quick & easy.
Each question is colour-coded:
Green, no explanation / additional detail required
Orange, explanation / additional detail optional
Red, explanation / additional detail required
event:decision retain the right to request evidence relating to individual answers in this section, if required. Qualification and recognition is dependent upon delivering such evidence on request.
Part 2 – internal business practices.
This element of the submission refers directly to your own company.
The section asks for formally recognised accreditations, going back up to three years. If you have attained one level and are progressing to the next, please add these details in the comments. We further request details of the formal measurement of your own carbon footprint (excluding any event-related emissions), as well as details of any socially beneficial activities that you undertake as a company.
It is possible to score well under the assigned criteria even if you have few formal accreditations but evidence of sustainable event delivery, and vice versa. Any information shared in relation to client events or internal operations will remain confidential, unless permission is requested from & granted by you.
You can pause and return to your form at any point using the Save & Continue feature. A unique link will be sent to your email, allowing you up to 90 days to complete your submission and time for you to collaborate with relevant departments.

What happens next?
Once submissions close, entries will be scored – not judged - against a consistent, criteria-based framework. This ensures a fair, evidence-based process that produces a benchmarked list of sustainability leaders in the UK event industry.
We will provide a one-page data-rich summary of your agency's performance, whether you are successful or not, across all categories relative to the total dataset after the award of recognition.
Part 1: relates to event outcomes, and is equally weighted between conference, activation and stand-delivery event-types.
Part 2: relates to your company operations, and is consistent across the Most Sustainable Agencies scheme.
Awards: save the date 1-2 February 2027. Recognised P30 agencies winners will be celebrated at micebook EXPO, London. You will be notified by mid-December 2026, if you feature in the Power 30.
Feedback: we will provide a one-page data-rich summary of your agency's performance, whether you are successful or not, across all categories relative to the total dataset after the award of recognition.
